Which one to buy? Buds 3 Pro or Buds 4 Pro

I’m planning to buy new earbuds and I’m confused between theSamsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro and the latest SamsungGalaxy Buds 4 Pro.

For those who have used either of them, which one would you recommend in terms of sound quality, ANC, and overall value? Is the upgrade to Buds 4 Pro worth it, or should I go with Buds 3 Pro?

I was sharing my general experience. I have galaxy buds pro, buds 2 and buds 2 pro. After getting updates they make the previous generation bad. Just like they do with their phones.
