Whatsapp Dual Messeger not working

Hey,

My whatsap (dual messenger) not workung properly in SAMSUNG NOTE 10+. anyone knws whts the issue?

Im unable to share cam pic n videos...morrover whatsap folder missing from file manager.

I have already donr the below trbleshoot.

1. Clearing cach

2.Reinstallation

3.Mob factory reset

But issue still persist.pls hlp

Download and use 3rd party whatsapp don't use dual messenger app

I have the same problem after last update can share image from gallery or open pdf document

I just can't open any documents like pdf..... But for the photos and videos working fine?
Is there any way to fix it
