Yeah, each person is different from other... but this caption doesn't mean this... This caption is especially for leaders and teachers, who used to shape others... This caption means that "We can't teach every person with the same method..." Like if we take example of teacher who teaches in school, they come to classroom and treat every student with same way (give lectures) and what will be result - some become ranker, mostly place for Average and left r failure...😐😐 In conclusion, if teacher wants that every student should learn then he/she have to find different techniques for each student, bcoz "We can't paint everyone with the same brush..."
