This picture of a suppressed Hedge
was visible from my window Ledge
while this tree was once in captivity
it faced restrictions & depravity
but it made a conscious choice
to be neither oppressed, suppressed,
possessed, stressed nor depressed
instead it chose to grow
above & beyond
It's current range of captivity
it chose to ascend
above all discouragement & negativity
it probably wished it had a voice
to proclaim its freedom & rejoice!
