One of the largest shrine of St.Sebastian, the church known as Arthunkal St. Andrew's Basilica and St. Sebastian's International Shrine in Arthunkal, Cherthala,Alappuzha district, Kerala, India, was constructed by Portuguese missionaries in the 16th century.
