The phone's fingerprint is not working with the new operating system 10 and One UI 2 Update. Phone model: Samsung A50s, Ram 6GB, ROM 128GB Please Help Me.

go to setting and search for (com.samsung.android.biometrics.app.setting) without bracket and now you need to select OPTIMISE BATTERY USAGE, and then disable the button and restart the device. Still facing problem?? go to service center.

fingerprint calibration is physical problem of sensor. you can hard reset your device and again check the sensor. This is maximum possibilities to ensure that your sensor has hardware problem or software problem. if problem still persist it means there is hardware problem with sensor and you need to go to service center.
