Samsung A20S camera issue

When I use flash to get a photo of something from my phone, the weird photo comes, I tried a lot but there was no difference....

This with flash.

And this one is without flash...

actually my problem is with flash, flash spoil all my pictures near or far any picture with flash is not good I'll upload the pictures soon with or without flash....
