Galaxy Gallery1. Run the network test from the phone diagnostics section of the Support tab in the members app. See what it says.
2. If you're using a phone case, remove the phone from it. Follow some of the suggestions at this Samsung support link:

3. If your issue isn't resolved still, I suggest you take your phone to an official support center so that they can check it physically.
