This kind of fly resembles to normal mosquitos, and most of us would probably think this kind is mosquito that live in the wild. This is an Asian Long legged Fly, its scientific name is Condylostylus. Most of the species are metalic green and blue or bronze.

The long legs are characteristic of males and play an important role in elaborate, unique courtship rituals in which the males show off their limbs to the female fiies. They are beneficial for certain plants by preying on their pests...
They are very fast in jumping and flying making their predators difficult to catch them...
