Picture optimisation is stuck

 My Galaxy S24 Ultra keeps optimising pictures, it changes the brightness even when I disable intelligent optimisation and scene optimisation. How can I permanently disable a feature that ruins the pictures I take?

Unfortunately it seems inevitable.You can't avoid the AI, even if you choose the intelligent optimisation  " minimum" ( My phone is Galaxy S23 Ultra and I cannot avoid it completely.) I don't know how the blossom looks in reality but I think the picture is nice.
