I just downloaded the One UI 8 beta update on my S23 Ultra. Sharing a night shot taken with it.

Have you seen any bugs or issue in one ui 8

Nothing major. Beta update is supposed to be a bit shaky. This update is smoother, with good animations.

Any particular to battery and heating?

Initially, there was a lot of heating and battery drain, which has settled now. If you want to use the beta update, make sure to clear the cache through recovery after updating.
