How can I install bixby I've tried alot of times on my A 32 it's not even in app settings 

Can someone please assist

Bixby is only available and pre-installed on some Samsung phones. You can't really install it...

And as far as I know, Only phones with One UI (Not One UI Core) support bixby

It's not supported on your phone. You have Google Assistant to use
