Recently i broke my s22 ultra front screen and got it repaired, after 1 day i noticed my back cover was popping out bulging out a little bit i again go to service center they again sealed the back cover with new tape and after that too it happened and then they opened the backcover and found the residue of previous tape they removed it and again sealed it and guess what it again happened and today while repairing the backcover they broke the whole back glass and told me to repair it for free, i have mixed thoughts towards their services, they were very helpful and cooperative but on other hand they didn't take of issue like previous tape residue etc.

You can see the little gap between the back cover and screen broken by them😅
They gave me 2 days time, as they ordered a new back glass or cover

Yeah i got a back lamination to prevent the scratches and to prevent the small white dots which appears because of cover

I don't use cover but I was thinking to try a skin, from where you bought and is it really covering all?

They were being co-operative just to hide their ignorance in first place. 😂😂

I have a question about service. My current device is in warranty.
The back camera glass is broken a little.
Will I have to pay for repair or it will be free of cost?

Because they said it's gorilla glass vuctus protected.

Please tell me if you know anything about this issue.

Bro in my case the warranty i am talking about is comprehensive i buyed it separately but in your case you can't go to company claiming how a gorilla victus glass broke they are just gimmick words used to attract customers.

Any idea how much time would it take to replace the camera glass.

If they have the part in stock ask them for hand to hand repair
And if they don't give them money for the part and tell them to order it and when it will arrive they will call you and replace it hand to hand
