Regarding the sharpness, I do post processing on photos, just bring out these smaller details, for editing I use Photoshop for Android and I particularly adjust the Highlights, contrast, exposure, for sunsets, I adjust the vibrancy and saturation and then tweak the "Black" settings for the tiny details to be more visible.
