Galaxy GalleryHere is my experience:
• Yesterday I charged my phone up to 94% and after 15 min of use it dropped to 93%.
• Then I left it idle overnight for 13 hrs.
• Today morning when I started using it again after those 13 hrs it was at 85%.
• So in total the idle drain was 8%.
• After continuing my regular usage, when I finally charged my device again it was at 15%.
With this type of pattern my phone easily gives me 1 day 5 hrs battery backup with around 7 hrs screen on time. Compared to a mid-range device like the A54 which only drops 1% in 7–8 hrs idle, the idle drain on a flagship is usually a little higher, but overall battery backup is still very good for a flagship model.
If you still see abnormal drain or lag, you can try a few things that usually help after big updates:
• Wipe cache partition → Power off → hold Vol Up + Power → recovery screen → select Wipe cache partition → reboot (no data lost).
• Battery calibration → use till 0% → charge to 100% in one go → restart once fully charged.
• Factory reset (last option) → Backup first → Settings → General management → Reset → Factory data reset.

Galaxy GalleryI never used this phone with one ui 7
It is giving me 7 hr of backup with 160% of battery while i am a moderate user. I barely use any heavy app.
I wi definitely try the solutions you provided. 🙏
