Mufasa went into the jungle brave… then came back after realizing Scar removed Google services 😂....
Huawei is cheap and, for the price, you definitely get good bang for your buck. But honestly, rather look at Honor — it’s almost the same phone experience, just with full Google services included. With Android and Google pushing hard into AI features now, that’s something you really don’t want to miss out on.
And at least once in your life, you have to try an S-Series Samsung. The A-Series is fine for school kids, casual users, or people on a tighter budget, but it’s not really aimed at power users.
If you want the ultimate Android experience and you’ve got the budget for it, go S-Series all the way. One UI consistently comes out on top. It’s the little things, the polish, the smoothness, and the attention to detail that become the secret sauce over time.
Plus, Samsung’s 7-year update cycle now competes properly with iPhone, which is a massive plus for long-term value. Sure, the batteries usually start showing their age after about 3 years, but overall, the package is still hard to beat.
The chinese are quite innovative with their brands and it becomes harder everyday to beat them, but overall, where do you take your phone if it gives you issues under warranty, and to get proper accessories is a pain . Samsungs ecosystem is hard to beat.

My dad still uses a P20 I got for my wife who was my GF back when the phone released. The battery still holds the full day however you mentioned P40lite these variants of phones arent that power hungry to be honest. A series in Samsung is also not that reliable on battery due to the screen doing variable refresh and high FHD+ and higher. I set my S24Ultra on FHD+ to save on battery usage.
