I spent so much money on this S21 Ultra because I thought that Samsung was the best but I was proven wrong, I used to be a loyal Samsung fan but after what happened I am not , Samsung was my favourite brand





First on March 2022 I had to replace my main camera because images were blury then when I received the phone back from the service center in Mel mawatha the bottom mic was not working, ofter the January update a green line appeared on my device without any damage
Samsung called me and told me to provide the device for inspection but they didn't give any solution and after I got the device back from inspection from Singagiri service center the back panel of the phone is not glued properly
Samsung even blocked my Samsung Members account this is the first time I've seen a company block a customer's
Please Samsung provide me a solution

Very true. I had the same issue with my S21 and as usual R A D Mel Mawatha branch said the same thing as my warranty is expired. Never buying Samsung again and Samsung Sri Lanka service is useless. Also note they delete their customers messages in forums.
