Early lockdown in India was a necessity(with 4 hours notice is stupid though).
* In countries like Japan and Germany, housing quality is good. People don't stay that close to each other. In slums, people literally live like cattle. In Mumbai, people live like farm animals.
* In Vietnam and Japan, there is already a culture of wearing mask(cold, pollution, etc.)
* Migrant situation freaked up everything.
Our country made good decision to start a lockdown, but political and executive failure to manage migrants messed up everything.
