Subject: Issue After Updating to One UI 8.0 / Android 16 – New Features Not Appearing
Message: Hello Samsung Support, I would like to report an issue with my Galaxy S23 Ultra. I updated my phone to One UI 8.0 (Android 16) using the official update and spent a large amount of mobile data, but after the update finished, none of the new features mentioned in the changelog appeared.
The issue details:
No visual changes after the update
Fonts, icons, and menus remain the same
New design elements are missing
Update seems installed but the system looks unchanged
Installed build number: S918BXXS8EYJ3
Current CSC: XME
