True that . Its so frustrating ( frustrated=trust-freighted) because we seem to be functioning as the big " C" in VUCA as a nation. Technology can be used to zoom our overseas based foreign & trade ministry reps overseas & the locally based foreign diplomats for strategic disaster response & mitigation. Even the respective business chambers seem to be on "wait & see mode"
