I have watched that trailer. Haven't noticed anything. Might be I am not aware what this issue looks like. Do you have a screenshot or something?

Look at the sides of the pictures.. kind of blurryness and grey type ...

Apologies but I am not able get the issue. Might be it is specific to your unit or I am not that techie enough to figure out this :)

One issue which I have seen with oled display (S7, M51, A52s) is during scrolling or frame change the black/gray parts of previous frame takes some time to fade away and they overlay with next frame for few milli seconds.
