DEFECTIVE S20+ AND NON REPLACEMENT UNDER WARANTY

Past 4 days we have been going to the service centres and there is no proper satisfactory response. The phone headset does not work and it has been confirmed by the service centre but are not giving in writing. 

 

The Service centre in Paradise, near the HDFC Bank has refused to even check the problem.

 

The tirumala communications service centre kukatpally has verbally informed that the piece is having a defect and the part needs to be replaced. They do not have the part with them. They have asked us to leave the phone with them for 3 – 4 days to replace the part and give the phone to us. the phone is just 2 months old and is under warranty. It is a manufacturing defect where the product needs to be replaced. We are not interested in the phone repair. We want the fresh sealed phone.

 

the company is not replacing the phone . the phone is under waranty and was bought from S K Retail Nagarjuna circle, hyderabad in June 2020.

 

this is unfair and the company should replace the defective piece
