Good morning  everyone My cellphone keep telling me that it not compatible with Version that I need pes 2022 how I fix the problem

So now you telling me that A2 core is better than A13 because I was using A2 core last year but now A13 is no compatible but A12 is downloading that app now samsung is no providing as with a good product there filling

I always find Updating my phone regularly helpful! to avoid such situations, not that you don't!...but with tech, I believe it will always require the "human touch"

Start with a Soft Reset, then hard reset, and upgrade to the latest firmware, if indeed you have done this or similar (I.e. General firmware update) and the "trouble" still persists, then I can only think of suggesting the help of an accredited technician, preferably a Samsung Tech...
