Charging Problem

Greetings to everyone. For the past 3 days I have been trying to charge my Galaxy A31 but it always repeat the message that the temperature is very low and it has stopped charging. Can I be assisted?

The phone is just normal. It is not hot at all

Hi I'm actually having the same issue with my Samsung A30s I have original Samsung fast charger and original cable which works fine on my other devices but refuses to charge my A30s ,weird thing is the phone charges normally when plugged via USB into my pc

Might be your port that is either dirty or worn or wet,clean it out with a tooth pic,but be gentle and stand in the sunlight to see what you are doing properly. Try a different cable. If all else fails samsung might have to replace you port. It can be that the computer charges with a low wattage and your chip doesn't detect a problem on low voltage

Try a Soft Reset: press and hold on volume down button and power button together until phone restarts. Ignore any screenshot captured and keep holding on the two buttons until phone restarts. No data will be loss.

I'm having the same problem
