This time amur falcon landes into lonavla unexpectedly. Generally these birds fly from Siberia to Africa. Rarely they raised in India for couple of weeks. But they are resting place is near Kerala or south India.
But this time the coupl and their chik landed in Lonavla.
I visited the place for whole day. Amazing to see their activities and capture them. It is a bird of prey. Suddenly I saw the female landed on the ground and she had something in her legs. It was another bird.
I was just 10 feet away from her. She is fearless. For next 20 minutes she completely at that bird. She even did not let go beak and nails and bones of that poor bird. But that is how natural life is.
It was amazing moment of my life.
