200 year old haunted bungalow seems well maintained

Is it a big offense to repair and keep a 200 year old bungalow ? This bungalow was the official residence of the collectors during the British rule ,This bungalow is located at Trivandrum (Capital of Kerala) on Red Cross Road,Bungalow is now owned by the Government of Kerala

Not really, but since it's haunted I worry about maintenance staff 😛
