Why are Samsung Galaxy applications and devices not compatible with the device and there is no update for them from any store? I did not find it to happen. All these problems occurred after the new system update. Please help in fixing the problems, correcting errors, and improving communication, stability, and responsiveness.

A12 is no longer supported by samsung and won't receive anymore security updates ! It's most probably the reason it's not compatible anymore.

You will only get the updates when the version compatible with Galaxy A12 released to Samsung Galaxy store. You cannot even search for some of the system apps. What's the One UI version?
