Wide screen damaged

Less than 8 months I had wide screen damage and no solution up to now from customer service even I have samsung care plus. They do not answer my call 

And my question how many more times will the screen damage again ?

You mean that factory fitted screen protector has come out? If you are UAE based, visit the service center in Dubai mall.

I am located in abu dhabi
And the whole wide screen is damaged it is black and not responding
