It is already provided in india from last october month. Update it now

Is your device purchased officially in India? The update came in late September. If you've purchased it from gray market or abroad, you're out of luck.

You're at the mercy of AT&T then, sorry. They're notoriously bad at updates. Give me the exact model number of your device from settings ->about phone

I've tried many ways like not working sim, date change and so on from YouTube videos but it says current software is up to date

There's no AT&T on this model. Your model is either SM-F936U1, or it's not AT&T. Make sure which one it is, Android 13 is available for manually flashing through Odin. But flashing the wrong one can brick your device. Let me know, I'll give you the URL.
