Unable to get pre order offer

I have booked on 5th September and got the device. I haven't received my pre-order privileges.

For that you have to open Samsung Shop-> For You-> Fill your Pre Ordered Device details by clicking "See If I'm Eligible" to Check the offer

I had prebooked on 24th August but still its showing that I am not eligible for this offer. Not sure how Samsung will handle this. But I had a chat with the customer care today in the morning and they said that it will take 7 days post which they will be sending an email.

I received one year samsung care+ benefit today

As days pass by the benefits start to reduce which is natural for the company to do so.
Pre order offers were only available before the 9th september midnight.
I pre ordered my flip 3 on 27th august and I got the pre order priveleges. I missed out on an extra 3k as I missed ordering on the very first day when the pre ordering started or pre reserve started.

I got 7000 exchange bonus
17k for my s10
Samsung care plus for a year worth 4800
Store discount worth 3k

In all it was worth the upgrade and did not upset my pocket.

Ps :- will also claim 13k of gst benefit 😊
