Samsung fold Z 3 phone incorrectly Restarted or Froze

I have been experiencing " incorrectly restarted or froze" on my samsung fold Z 3 after 2 months of using. I already sent the unit to the samsung centre 4 times already. All the hardware were all okay and the phone is in good condition as claimed  however as a user I disagreed that this phone is in good condition. Early morning restarting or froze til whole day is very frustrating. Someone experiencing the same?

Thank you for the response. I already sent this unit 4 times as I had mentioned( thrice in Abu Dhabi and once here in AL AIN, still it has the same issue. Still the reoccurence of this problem is still persistent. Originally it has android 12, then they tried to switch from 12 to 11 because they suspected the issue was because of it, moreover it has the same issue then they returned to android 12 updated version, sadly still unresolved problem. I did not even put sim card after the last check from your service centre or even install more than 4 apps on the phone. This very frustrating as a loyal samsung user. Do you have other means of solving this issue?

I tried that one before@spidermane, I tried the hard reset button as well but not helping. You can see on logs the records.
