Samsung care registration

Hey all i bought a new food 4 512 which comes with samsung care + by default for one year ans and i also got another year of samsung care + sobtotal for 2 years i got. However when I put the IMEI number in samsung care it says device not eligible for samsung care +

Need to know what to do as only 1 month u can register for samsung care +

Sorted it out you have to check benefits in samsung members and u will find samsung care and click on it rest is done smoothly
