I contacted with your Service Centers by e-mail, whatsapp, live chat, phone call, from 6th October till today nobody call me nobody send email nobody fix the problem and now your answer (visit one of authorized Service Centers)
Sorry sir I will not go anywhere to get stupid answers

Just search for Samsung care plus the go to the website and enter your phone serial number and from there you can activate/buy it
