I have a fold3 in warranty, recently it has developed the most common problem, that fold phone has is the screen get black line of death which keeps growing. Samsung, inspite of the phone being warranty just puts on the customer and tries ways, which they cannot even justify, to get away with it. Recently just got to know everyone is facing the same issues, and same treatment from the Samsung customer care.
To conclude if anyone is thinking to upgrade to samsung products, JUST PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN BUYING AND GETTING SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE, also the headache of owning piece of technology which is not worth the money you spend, and feel cheated and looted later

You should be getting a call from their end, meanwhile you can try "Email To CEO" option on Samsung India website. If still nothing works, head to consumer forum or court.
