Hello. Thanks for your reply. I went there already and opened a case and also called. They are refusing to fix or look at this issue under samsung care. My issue is with a peeling coat that never happened before. It is not a dent or scratch. Am really frustrated that no one is understanding this issue. It is really frustrating with an expensive phone like this that i paid 2000$ for. Who can help?

I already did that. I went to your samsung branch in Mall of the Emirates in Dubai and got the same answer. No one is helping. No one is understanding what am saying. Thats awful 😖
