Keep checking the notifications in samsung members.
When the application for Ambassadors will be open you can apply.
But you have to prove that you are worthy pf being a Ambassador.

Samsung selects random people. They will contact you through mail if they choose you

Your contribution on SM
Activeness on Social media etc.

Samsung will select you on random basis . It is mostly based on your contribution to this community like how many people you helped who were facing any type of issues. , active participation etc they will contact through mail .
