Safe to use but you can understand that .. it interfere with some built in function....as an example if you apply nav star then Google assistant from home button press will dysfunction...if you use noti star then notification panel hangs etc...thatswhy I Uninstalled it and enjoying much smoth ui experience

Yes, few modules like task changer and lockstar result in few issue but only sometimes..
