Greetings

I was never a fan never used android in my entire life only IOS apple product last month my brother introduce me for Android galaxy fold z3 so i switched to android its difficult but happy to use the futures and the phone , 

Yesterday my brother unfortunately checked my phone i didnt knew if i have to activate the samsung care so we tryed to active it but it will not allow already 34 days passed , therefore i visitee today the samsung center they can not do anything , disappointing so please if samsung can help me

Samsung care is the phone warranty u cant activte it in the phone it should be with recipt

After 30 days it will accept samsung care+ thats the problem
