when a phone is officially released in any country or region it will be registered in the 5G carrier network then it should be granted the service in the country of purchase and can't be connected in other country of roaming.
I have purchased a Samsung galaxy Fold 5G from UK EE , when I arrived to Kuwait I got 5G sim plan , when I switch my fold on I see 5G sign for few minutes then it drop to 4G+ , and never get 5G again even though Kuwait use N78 3500 Band C that my fold supports .
I use the same simcard on Huawei mate 20 5G purchased from Hong-Kong , it work perfectly with 2 providers in Kuwait . I think this Problem is from Samsung specs .
