# Galaxy fold sales agents saying but not doing

Every Galaxy fold got a one year waranyee and on top of that additional one time change for the main screen was a promotion which for that I have purchased this ediot phone,  but I have been cheated by UAE Agency just to avoid after sales subject, even after calling the agent to register my phone (by agent request) for any future phone defect and even they found the recording which prove registration, still they claim that the custo.er service agent forgotten to register it for unknown reason, I just used the phone for 4 months till the issue of the screen and the liquid in it start to defect and didn't benefit of normal warranty not the additional guarantee.
What should one call this move from SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE AGENCY?
Write below one word description of what you call this move please if you experienced or didnt experience similler situation but being fair.

sir if it's liquid then its an customer mistake as this phone is not waterproof and samsung says it before buying but if in case of manufacturing default they will xover the normal warranty what they claim. Anyway if any issue please take it to nearest Samsung center and they will be able to help you. @Samsung_specialist cheers 😊

Do not try to brain wash customers who read this complain that its a liquid case..
it's not at all, you need to confirm it from MCC Branch who admit it's internal and took photo of it.
They only wanted Samsung Care to be active...
I was surprised because I know I called and activated Samsung care and give the caller the date of conversation and they went through and found it by time...
you know what was the excuse later ????
the guy I spoke to forgot to activate even though confirmed to me , he received emergency call by thinking he will do it later but the poor forgotten to.
you know what they took as additional excuse???
you should called again to confirm the confirmation.
SHAME ON YOU AND ALL WHO IN SAMSUNG WHO THINGS THIS IS FARE.

Sir there is no brain wash.... Its you using words like liquid in screen and please dont be personal..... I was the one to tag samsung specialist and tried to bring up the attention. No need to advise me with due respect to be shame about. I just tried to help you. Please if you cant thanks anyone then atleast dont use shame words for some. Cheers 😊

Dears @ Samsung_Specialist .
The only one thing I admit it's good the way the representative act friendly on call and like the appreciation above, but that always follow with finding none supported reason to reject the request.
The liquid I am talking about in which it leaked is the LSD liquid and my issue is not related to any liquid or accident but it seams some thing within inside the phone like the tip of a needle moved and caused this screen liquide to leak.
I reached the MIRDIF CITY CENTER Branch 2 times (they lie just for not receiving the phone) after the first time when it was just a dot and they took a photo and confirmed its an internal and not external but later MCC Branch receive a massage from the concern that my Samsung share is not active.
Forget about the Samsung Care promotion, isn't there a normal warranty on any phone for one year? Later the store do not want to receive my phone knowing the INTERNAL SAMSUNG POLITICS and no one will bare cost of repair or replace the screen.
Relax, I don't care about repairing it any more as my heart is broken but make sure to tell my experience to any one see me using the front screen.
when some one is amazed about my phone, I directly without shying wide open the phone to shock him and let him share this experience with others.
Extra I add the Customer Service sweet talk plus Bas outcomes.
I really miss the apple way of treating customers.
