Actually I'm in love many features like: - The new durable hinges that a allows you to open the screen in different angles. - The new dust removal brushes in the hinges. - The split screen option on large screen. - How you can watch YouTube in wide view and to be able to read the comments st the same time. - In camera app, how you can split the screen in flex mode and to have the view finder and the controls at the same time. I was looking to trade in my Galaxy Fold for the Fold2, however the trade in website doesn't have a trade in option. The call center told me that the fold is not eligible for a trade in! Are we being penalised for supporting Samsung by buying the first generation of Fold for AED 7500 and not given a chance to upgrade? Infact in the US, Samsung provides $1000 as a thank you for purchasing the first generation, while here we are being discarded like dirt! Samsung, please explain why we who supported you get this treatment.
Hi, I echo your comments. Samsung's policy is very discriminative; only the US, Korea, and China have distinctive treatment. Plus they sell us low horsepower phones equipped with Exynos. Further, tablets sold in the middle east come with fewer features from the one sold in the US, Korea & China! Unfortunately, I like the Note features, mainly the S-pen. Otherwise, I would have shifted to other Android phone. Bottom line Samsung's customer experience in the rest of the World is 👎.
