i went 2 times and send emails to solve major function issue in the brand new device Fold z
no answer from the samsung team in Dubai. i am surprise and upset for after sale customer service.

The phone is constantly lagging ,with the brightness increasing to a maximum and the phone heats up and it stays like this for hours , most times the phone will not accept or make any calls.
