Fold 5 Inner screen sensitivity issue

Dear fold 5 users,
I have issue on the marks area on the attached screen shoot. I'm using the samsung fold edition pen. 

Can you please confirm If this is normal with you as well or my screen defected.

Please try the following:

Test the sensitivity by using your finger and another stylus to see if the issue persists.
Check for any updates (Settings > Software update > Download and install).
Run a diagnostic test via the Samsung Members app (Support > Phone Diagnostics > Touch Screen).
Inspect the screen protector for any damage or bubbles that might affect sensitivity.
