Galaxy FoldHere are some steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
1. Restart Your Device.
2.Toggle Airplane Mode: Turn on Airplane Mode for a few seconds, then turn it off. This can sometimes reset the wireless connections.
- Go to Settings > Connections > Airplane mode.
3.Reset Network Settings:
- Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.
4. Clear Cache Partition: Clearing the cache partition can help resolve issues that arise after a software update.
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key until the Android logo appears.
- Use the volume keys to navigate to "Wipe cache partition" and press the Power key to select it.
- Once the process is complete, select "Reboot system now."
5. Safe Mode: Booting into Safe Mode can help determine if a third-party app is causing the issue.
- Press and hold the Power key until the Power off prompt appears.
- Touch and hold Power off until the Safe mode prompt appears, then tap Safe mode.
- If Wi-Fi and Bluetooth work in Safe Mode, uninstall recently installed apps one by one to identify the culprit.
6. Check for Updates
If all else fails, a factory reset might be necessary. Make sure to back up your data before performing a factory reset.
- Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Factory data reset.
