Fold 4 Pre-Order Shipment

I am quite curious as when the Fold 4 will start shipping out, I had the chance to pre-order the device during the unpack event and the status online still says "Processing" till today.

It also says ships today the 26th, but im not quite sure since my order is still being reviewed till now.

Looking forward to this device coming from the Note 10+

Did you guys get the 2 years of samsung care + like one is complimentary but they give a promo code for extra one year of samsung care + any one got that?

Good point, I used that promo code upon pre-order, but when I registered for samsung care+ it showed only 1 year, so I had to contact customer support, and they said they will activate my 2yrs in a week or so, so will check with them again.

Try contacting them too, and have your order# ready and IMEI# they'll ask for it.

I have already raised a complaint but this should be an issue to contact customer support what they offered it has to be there samsung support is the pathetic support i have ever seen one guy even told me there is no one year free then i sent him the screenshot of my email then he was like oh ok i will ask the concerned department to contact you and raised the complaint and said it will be sort out in 2 working days lol why they reply to each person differently
