Fedup with Samsung trade in program

I had pre ordered Z fold 4 from Samsung online store with trade in S22 ultra and Galaxy watch 4. 

I paid full amount and there is no response from their trade in partner Cartlow.

Please avoid Samsung phones or if you are a fan then avoid their trade in they will never show up.

Better yo trade in samsung store, cartlow will not respond I had the same experience last year, finally I decided not to give my old device to cartlow after 2 months

Actually now it is too late..Samsung store will give less price for device and will have to buy new Samsung device from them..

I was able to successfully trade in my s21 ultra after purchasing a z fold 4. You need to continuously followup with cartlow directly and provide them with your cartlow order number

Yesi did they just keep telling 2 days more 2 days more everytime when i message them. I traded with Northladder today lost 1000 (700 trade in top and 300 for s22 ultra)
