Dual whatsapp issue on z fold 3

2nd copy of whatsapp in dual messeger of Z fold 3 has media and pdf download and upload issues.

Already reported but samsung says to forward to 1st whatsapp and then open.

How is this possible if a media cannot be downloaded ,it cant be forwarded.

Similar issue was there on Galaxy s 10 plus and Galaxy note 10 plus.

Both got settled only after and update from.samsung.

Anyone facing similar issues kindly let know your inputs

This is problem of whatsapp.
Actually, whatsapp default media location changed. This is causing this problem. It may be fixed soon, according to Samsung.

Mailed to WhatsApp. They said their support for the 2nd copy is limited. As their primary app is working fine, they say to contact Samsung.

The 2nd copy of whatsapp data will not store/download in any location of the mobile. So how it will open..... Better you may use WhatsApp business for 2nd
