Out of experience! They are the worst! Devices are super and brilliant but that doesn't last!!! Suddenly out of no where before one year ends most of the devices will break down and Samsung will deny the warranty - they are good at that - they will give excuses not to cover fixing under the warranty so basically they are just stealing customers money. We buy their expensive devices cause it's covered by warranty and once you need the warranty that you already paid for it, they will just deny the warranty and give **bleep** excuses and lies to escape from the responsibility!!! The short of it, don't buy Samsung products and this is my advice out of my experience with Samsung

Hello. Sorry to read this. I take it that you may have had a bad experience?

I am sure there are many on here who would disagree with you very strongly about your conclusion. I personally still have a Galaxy A70, which is about 5 years old and it is still working perfectly, without even as much as a battery change. It even still has its original screen protector.

My advice to anyone having any consumer electronics related issue is to work through and to not get worked up. Stuff happens.

Yes you are right, you are staff of samsung for sure ! ! No, serious talking is you need to try to use the warranty that you already paid for and you will see different samsung experience than the one you are talking about

Lol. I don't work for Samsung.

You could be right. I've never used a warranty as such. Still, if I have any issues, I will try to work through them, patiently. That's what life's about.

I'd like to add that Samsung is the best Android OEM, overall. Some others might be stronger in one area or another, but when it comes to an overall perspective, I think Samsung is the best.

This doesn't mean there isn't room for improvement. There's no perfect service as such.

I would suggest you try to reach out constructively, to Samsung again, outside of this forum, letting them know more can be done re warranty support. You can also try reaching the CEO using the form at this page:

I have note 4 and works fine it only needs battery and note 9 battery problem only but It works fine

Plus my post is related to FOLD series which need to be folded and unfolded all the time which leaves marks of usage and then samsung tells you sorry we can not honor the warranty because you fold and unfold your samsung fold mobile!!

If you are not satisfied with the service or dealing with Samsung employees, file a complaint about Samsung or consumer protection.
