Do not buy a foldable phone from Samsung

So the picture where the screen protector is barely coming off is before I sent it to them. The second one is after I got it back from them. I call and send it back only to be told they would have to replace the entire screen because of impact damage. I'm sorry what? So you can damage my phone worse and it is my problem? Stay far far away from Samsung. Especially their folding phones. Seeing more and more of these horror stories.

Exact same experience from Kuwait,middle east same inner screen failure

Same I faced today inner screen for automatically damaged and in centre 1st a black line appears in the middle then when I remove the screen protector whole screen got black...worst ever experience
Called customer service and expecting a call back since an hour from service centre till now no one called back
