Change wallpaper using Routines.

Why can not I use Routines to change the phone wallpaper when a specific time is reached? 

I get the following message (The action can't be added because it conflicts with action or condition that's already added.

I had a quick look at this. The only discovery I've made is that you can setup the wallpaper change you want if you opt for the routine to start manually, instead of being time based.

If anyone else has an insight into this, that would be great.

I believe it is a problem with the system itself. Because the routine of changing the wallpaper at a specific time exists, but it has been disabled for some reason.

Please send us an Error Report by following these steps:
- Head to the Samsung Members app > Get Help > Error Report.
- Tap 'OK' to send System Log Data.
- Select the symptom and include as much detail as possible.
